Sixteen-year-old pianist Kevin Tan performs Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18 with the Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Geoffrey Paterson, at Cadogan Hall, London.
The performance formed part of Brothers in Harmony: Where Classics Meet New Voices, the sold-out London finale of the 2026 international summer tour. On the same evening, Kevin also performed Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 5, “Emperor”, presenting two of the great works of the piano concerto repertoire in a single concert.
The evening received an exceptionally warm response from the audience, with standing ovations and prolonged applause.
